Working closely with patients and physicians, Lee applies his experience and education to achieve the most optimal outcomes. He is committed to providing the best care, and to helping patients improve their knowledge. Lee has experience in emergency medicine, intensive care and surgery, and in assisting cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation patients regaining their strength to better understand their disease. Lee was a co-presenter of “Direct anterior hip replacement, what’s old is new again,” at the annual meeting of the National Association of Orthopaedic Nurses in 2012 and he has served as mentor and preceptor for other nurses within the orthopaedic service area.
Lee earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology in 1993, followed by a bachelor’s in nursing in 2003, both at Grand Valley State University. In 2015, he received his master’s in nursing as a nurse practitioner from The George Washington University.
