Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Many things can lead to development of carpal tunnel syndrome, and in most cases, there is no single cause. Common symptoms are: numbness, tingling and pain in the hand; a sensation similar to an electric shock, felt mostly in the thumb, index and long fingers; and strange sensations and pain traveling up the arm toward the shoulder.

Cervical Radiculopathy (Pinched Nerve)
When there is inflammation, compression (pressure), or irritation of a nerve root exiting the spine, the nerve may be unable to conduct sensory impulses to the brain appropriately, leading to varying degrees of discomfort and pain. Femoral Acetabular Impingement (FAI) & Labral Tear of the Hip

Lumbar Spinal Stenosis
Lumbar spinal stenosis is a common cause of pain in the lower back and legs. As we grow older, our spines change and over time, normal wear-and-tear and the effects of aging can lead to a narrowing of the spinal canal (spinal stenosis).
